At our magazine, there's an ongoing debate. The question is this: Did they pull it off or didn't they? We're referring to people who try to do things on the cheap. Now, we know that country style can be done: You can go to fairs and flea markets and pull the look together. But what about sophisticated, urban, retro chic? I wonder, when it comes to those styles, can you get the look for less?
