Lichee Mimosa Recipe
Try lichee juice instead of orange juice for a refreshing twist on a traditional mimosa. Watch an easy how-to video on our Online TV show.
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
1/4 cup lichee juice
Small bottle sparkling wine
Raspberries and/or tangerine wedges

Instructions:
Step 1: Divide lichee juice between 2 champagne coupes.
Step 2: Top with bubbly. Garnish with fruit.

As you remove the wire cage, you should always keep on hand on the cork so it doesn't pop out on its own. Plus never aim at someone. Otherwise you could harm somebody or break something. There a lot of pressure into a sparkling wine bottle.
