Chocolate Ganache Recipe
Use as a truffle base, cake glaze or whipped filling between cookies. Watch an easy how-to video on our Online TV show.
Ingredients:
Ganache sounds fussy and intimidating but it’s simple to make and supremely versatile. Use this as a base for truffles, a glaze for cake or cheesecake, or whipped as a filling between cookies or layer cakes.
1 cup 35% cream
8 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped

Instructions:
Step 1: Heat the cream in a small pot until just simmering. Remove from heat, add chocolate and stir until melted.
