DIY Christmas Card Board
Strike a festive note with a vintage style, do-it-yourself display board in your front hall. An elegant white side table and mercury glass candlesticks underneath create a sparkling tableau.
To make a similar board, paint a vintage frame white, fit it with bulletin board and then use spray adhesive to affix pretty wrapping on top of the cork. After the holidays, the board can be used for mail and shopping lists.

Hello Kerry,
Sorry for the delay in responding about the bookshelves and art in Lindsay Mens' apartment (p. 132 of our November 2008 issue). The bookshelves are simple Bestå units from Ikea, and the glass doors are Bestå Vara. The art pieces are not listed in the source guide, which usually means the owner never provided us with that information. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
Sincerely,
Gwen McAuley (gmcauley at hhmedia.com)
I liked the candles on this photo very much!! I was in all IKEAs in my town, but I haven't found them...:(

I'd like to find out exactly which Ikea shelving units she used and where those beautiful prints came from. If I order the back issue that Lindsay Mens's home was in, will I find that info?
